Last year, I was scheduled to be at Potomac Jazz and Seafood Festival, but at 8 am, the festival was
canceled due to a rainstorm that flooded the area. The festival returned this year with 90-degree heat,
and lucky, the summer rainstorm blew in the opposite direction.
